Cade Bretton '23 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to play and compete at the highest possible level of collegiate Soccer that I can. I am a hungry, hard working player. My strengths include vision, being able to see the field much better than other players. I can play masterful balls over and through the opposing back line. I have always and will always have a team first mindset. I feel strongly that I can be the best possible fit in any college's team. I have a coach-able personality and will raise and hold myself and my teammates to an extremely high standard.  I have played club soccer at a high level for 8 years but have been playing competitively since I was 6.  I have learned and trained with high quality coaches in Vermont, but also in a tour of Spain received training and coaching from academy coaches of Valencia FC. I have an extremely high Soccer IQ, and I am a  versatile player as I can play almost every position on the field. I have a knack for finding the right spaces on the field and executing once I get there.  I am ready for the challenge of college soccer and I’m ready to take my athletic and academic abilities to the next level.
