Personal Statement

I play with both feet, either as a striker, a right or left-winger, or a number 10 (CAM.) My first touch is excellent, either controlling or finding space. Once inside the box, I don't hesitate to finish with my first touch or shoot on the run. I create high pressure, and I am always trying to read the game and position myself accordingly. I like playing one-two touches, dribbling, assisting my colleagues, and winning games. :) While reading the game, I explore the opposition's weaknesses and find advantages for my team.

The selection to the program is the result of commitment, high qualities, and hard work. District ODP training is not just about the tryout process for the state pools, but is yet another avenue from which players can grow and develop further. The district ODP training provides an environment where players are playing with and against the best in their respective areas. District training has a minimum of 7 sessions to include inter-district games in November and December. The primary mission is to identify elite level players and facilitate their selection to the U.S. National Team program. The selection process takes place through district, state,regional, and national trials.
