Arian Hallaji '22 Recruiting Profile

I currently have plans to major in  graphic design with a minor in sports journalism or sports management. I believe I am a great fit for several programs due to my elite technical ability, soccer IQ, and ability to virtually play anywhere on the pitch. While I always do my best to stay very humble, some of my key characteristics are as follows: very high work rate, personable, strong work ethics, team player, life-long learner, strong focus on community and volunteer work, and a great level of technical and tactical understanding of the game. Such traits enable me to fill several different roles for a team, to be an ambassador for the college / university, and to make a difference in the program's overarching goals. 

Currently, I am  living and playing in Portugal where I am an attacking midfielder / forward with the professional Portuguese club União Desportiva de Santarém's senior B team. I believe the level I currently play at speaks volumes to my abilities as a player.  I am confident that my experience playing at some of the highest levels in this sport has fully prepared me to play at the elite collegiate level.
