Personal Statement

Greetings Coaches,

My name is Clavio Ascari and I compete as a Center Back and Outside Back at the ECNL National Level with Richmond United U-19. I attend Collegiate School in Richmond, Virginia, and I am currently a Senior. In recent years, I have been able to find a good balance between my academic and athletic lives while finding great success in both, and I will carry these behaviors with me throughout High School and College. I am greatly interested in Science, specifically engineering. I am fluent in Italian, as a half Italian, and this has shaped much of my family culture. I took the SAT in November of 2023, and I got a 1530. Also, in the summer of 2023, I had a trial with Columbus Crew after being scouted at ECNL Playoffs.
