My personal goal is to help other players and support the team. In order to support the coaching staff and the team, I must be a leader on the team, whether it be on the field or off the field. I have the desire to help players be the best that they can, to improve and have a desire to do better, work harder, to feel motivated everyday. In my personal experience, both at Camden Military Academy and Fishburne Military School, the people that give their 100% to the team, help out an injured player, saying kind and generous remarks, encouraging both sides of the teams that they are doing well and to keep working hard, giving the referees handshakes (not many players do this on teams, because the schools do not require the team to shake hands with the referees). These are the types of players that both myself and the teams that I have played on, look up to as leaders. They are usually the people that have a good education, go to class and activities on time, doing their 100% and then helping out even more, encourage people to do better. And I know that I will be that person, because all that was listed above, I know that I can and will do for the team and the coaching staff. What makes me unique? Its my desire, my constant driving motivation to help young people like me, my effort that I put into a sport, and the effort that I put forth to have good sportsmanship. People have may have good talent, but hard work and determination has made me a better player than anyone that has great talent.
