My collegiate goals for Soccer I feel are pretty similar to most everyone who walks down this path, my goals are to be the best and to work the hardest every time I step onto the pitch. This attitude I think for me started a while ago, in 6th grade my friend always played GK and me striker, but then he moved to Mexico and just like that my chance appeared. I remember my first ever game playing was in a tournament in Spokane and boy did I suck, I think I let in 15 goals over my first 4 games but I remember thinking "I'm never going to feel this embarrassed again" and so I worked and worked and eventually got to the point where that couldn't no wouldn't happen again. Some other things that I do that I believe help me is that I play Basketball. I believe basketball is great for playing Goalkeeper and just soccer in general because when I'm on the court I have to read what the offence is doing and what they are just about to do just like I do in goal. Also Basketball focuses a lot on vertical, and first step sprint speed both which play crucial parts in Goal. And at last my Academics, although not great, are pretty good, right now I have a 3,42 GPA non Weighted and I'm currently taking Calculus, Psychology, Physics and AP English all which have AP tests available at the end of the year which I am planning on taking!
