Alex Bruce '24 Recruiting Profile

My goal in college is to earn a degree that will help me start a career in business. At the same time,  I would like to be part of a college soccer team. What makes me a good candidate for the team is that I am a good leader. My coaches from high school and club baseball teams have told me that I am one of the team leaders and it is a responsibility that I enjoy. I like to help people improve and if necessary, I will call them out. I have been a captain on a club soccer team and have been considered a team leader by the coach on my high school team. What makes me different from other recruits is that for the last three years I have been balancing club teams and high school sports teams along with academics and I have done it successfully. I am able to take the success and help individuals on a team with a skill or in the classroom be successful themselves by helping them with school work.
