I have improved tremendously in the last 3 years both academically and in Swimming.
My times have dropped considerably due to my hard work and dedication which has led to my selection as team captain and most valuable swimmer in 2019.
Awards Received: Most Valuable Swimmer 2019; Swim Team Captain 2018-2019; Most Improved Swimmer 2016.
I am also part of NJROTC and have been selected as Chief Petty Officer in 2018 and I will be promoted to Ensign by June 2019.
I hold a 4.0 and above GPA and received the A Honor Roll in 2019.

Training
- We train in all strokes, plus dry-land at the gym. Most of our set in sprint season consists of numerous 25's, 50's and 100's of each stroke focusing on technique, drill and endurance.

- Our practices range from 2,000 meters to 5,000 meters dpending if we are tapering or in the sprint mode without any taper. Practices are 2 hours
