I started my swimming career when I was just a freshman, with my only aquatics experience being two years of club water polo and one season of high school.
Despite the major set backs I have amongst my teammates and the rest of the swimming world, the amount of progress I have made; starting as a struggling freshman surrounding by incredible talent, to the most valuable swimmer on my high school team, top 10 CIF division II finalist and CIF state qualifier the next couple of seasons are testaments to the amount of work and effort I put into each and every practice and show how coachable I really am, as I will always heed a coach’s advice.
Every season I have made incredible leaps in my swimming abilities and I believe that given the chance, I can make it to the highest levels of swimming, which has become my dream.
Outside of swimming, I am a very good student with an average GPA of 4.5. My goal in academics it to major in computer programming or kinesiology.
