My dreams, goals, and aspirations are to graduate high school, go to college, obtain my Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture , and swim for the college I attend. I started swimming at age 7 and as I swam through the years, I realized that swimming was more than just a sport, it was my true passion. Once I reached high school, I realized that I had the potential to possibly swim for a college team if I worked hard and trained. As I got older I aspired to become the best I could be. I always worked as hard as I could at practices and even started going to double practices. I enjoy teaching the younger kids what I know about swim and how to better themselves. I realize that education is the key to success in life , and that I have not been as serioius about my studies as I need to be so I have decided to be as focused on my grades as I am on swimming. This year I will be a junior, and college is just two years away. My parents have always told me that if I believe, I can achieve. I do believe that I can accomplish the academic and athletic goals I have set for myself. My mom has a poster in her classroom that reads, "Shoot for the moon . . . even if you miss you'll land among the stars". That is exactly what I intend to do.
