My vision for myself during my four years in college is to not only academically succeed with a major in Architecture, but also get involved in school clubs and the Men's Swim and Dive Team.
I believe I would be a good candidate for a swim team because I feel I am flexible and versatile, willing and able to learn, improve, and excel overall as an individual and team swimmer. Currently, on my high school team, I serve as an anchor member, helping my teammates both in and out of the pool. I always try to set a positive example and encourage my teammates, even if I have had a poor practice or meet. I always try to give my absolute best effort and am interested and open in ways to improve.
I am a dedicated, hard-working individual, maintaining a positive relationship with my peers, teachers and coaches within my high school community. I have been able to maintain honors and AP classes while being a dual-sport athlete and being involved in many clubs. I believe that my skills and abilities will enable me to be a positive addition to a college or university and their swim team. As an aside, I am a dual citizen of the US and Switzerland and think it would be cool to swim in the Olympics on either team.
