I just joined swim for fun last fall and never thought I’d be any good at it but just by putting in the work every practice and meet, my times kept getting faster and faster. I made it to regionals my first season of swim and this season as well. I started my 100 freestyle at a 1.06.00 and I’m now at a 53.00 second 100 freestyle. For my 50 freestyle It was around 28 seconds and I dropped it to a 23 second 50. With only 7 months of swim I look like I’ve been doing this my whole life. I proved many coaches and teammates wrong and I know I’m not done yet, I can still drop time. Imagine if I swam for another 7 months. So if you can believe it you can achieve it.
