Personal Statement
My goals for swimming are to go as far in my college career as possible and swim as well as my body will allow me to.
I am unique in that I am an Eagle Scout who has been homeschooled my entire life. Learning to serve and lead well has been the core strand in my education. I am currently dual enrolled taking college courses online through South Eastern University, working, training and fixing up boats in my spare time. I am learning now how to manage a college course load and train hard. I have so much left to give to the sport and look forward to the nest step in my development.
Covid has dampened our training and meet schedule, but we are doing the best we can and working hard at improving both in and out of the pool. I look forward to talking with college coaches about my next steps as a student and an athlete.
