Personal Statement
Going to swim practice has always been the favorite part of my day. I love working hard, seeing my friends, the energy from my coaches and team mates, and competing. I have been on my club team for 10 years and have had some amazing role models that have been great examples of how to be a great person, leader, team mate and swimmer. The longer I swim the more I appreciate its benefits for my mind. My club has a big focus on creating an environment of motivating your team mates, having fun, working hard, and interacting with and encouraging the younger kids. This philosophy has made me a better all around person and leader.
