My name is Justin Knauf. I’m a junior at Hillgrove High School in Powder Spring GA. I swim under Coach Ian Goss for Stingrays, Georgia. I started my swimming journey at age 5 with a neighborhood summer league team. The thrill of competing lead me to pursue swimming on a year round basis. During my age group years, my focus was on the basics of swim. As I matured, I learned that hard work and training were only part of what I need to become a successful athlete. I realized that being in a supportive team environment helps push me and my teammates to our fullest potential. I’m looking for a team that provides the best possible development for my academic and athletic growth.

- The NCSA meet is always a great experience. I entered the competition with the goal of overall improvement. I was successful, shaving time off my 400 Meter IM and 100 Meter Fly. The highlight was my 200 Meter Fly swim with a time of 2:09.75.
