Hi there, name is Nazar, a 16-year-old avid swimmer and runner from Brovary. My journey with swimming spans 11 years, six of which have been at a professional training level. For me, swimming is more than a sport; it's a passion that shapes my daily life and fuels my drive for success.

My dedication to athleticism extends beyond the pool—I also embrace the discipline of daily running, which enhances my stamina and mental resilience.
