Hello! Cairo Bastian here to tell you about my past, objectives, and, most importantly, my passion for swimming. My unique background as a Bahamian-American has shaped my view on the sport. Learning to swim with the Dolphin Swim Club in the Bahamas was life-changing. Dolphin Swim Club connections helped me grow and succeed as a youth swimmer. I improved my interpersonal skills, which helped me succeed.

I study as hard as I do on the water. Competitive swimming has kept me on the honor roll every year from infancy due to its difficulty. As a senior in May 2024, I'll take AP English (Composition and Language) and Math (Precalculus). I strive for academic achievement because I want to be the best on and off the pool.
