Dear Coach, 
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Ihor Birioutchenski, and I am a 16-year-old Ukrainian passionate swimmer who is eager to become a part of your team. After years of training, participating in various championships, and achieving notable success, I am excited about the prospect of contributing my skills and commitment to your team.
My path in swimming began at the age of 3, and over the years I have sharpened my skills through discipline, hard work, and dedication to the sport. At the age of 7, I competed in my first city championship and took 4th place. By the time I turned 8, I earned a place in the state team training athletes for all kinds of state and international competitions.
Since then, I have regularly represented my city and region in competitions, winning multiple 1st prizes in Kyiv championships in Ukraine from 2018 to 2023, with a total of 15 victories in this period. In 2023, in particular, I have consistently been first in the city championships, in the 100m breaststroke and 50m breaststroke. In 2021, I participated in the Ukrainian championship, and was proud to win the 3rd prize in a mixed medley relay, showcasing my skills and team spirit. The 2023 year has been particularly noteworthy with my consistent placement in the top 10 in the country championships. My main events, the 100m breaststroke and 50m breaststroke, have been a focal point of my training, and I am eager to bring my expertise in these areas. 
My dedication to excellence is also evident in my performance at the 2019 international championship, where I ranked 15th in the 50 breaststroke event. This experience fuelled my competitive spirit and desire to continually improve my technique and strive for championship titles.
I believe that my personal features make me an excellent candidate for your swimming team. I strive to be the best in my field. It means that I have tons of motivation to reach my goals. I am disciplined and do not skip practices. During workouts, I use my full potential, giving 110% of my will and abilities. I am extremely involved and interested all throughout the process. I believe that joining your team will provide me with the platform to further improve my technique and endurance, learn from experienced coaches and collaborate with like-minded teammates. Furthermore, I have tons of motivation to become a champion who will contribute to the success of your team.
