Personal Statement
My name is Artemy Ofitserov. I am from Kaliningrad, Russia. I started swimming here at the club at 5 years old. I used to swim in LCM from 6th. I am happy to be with the team of SDUSSHOR Kaliningrad because Alexander Sadovnikov (Russian swimmer for 7th place at Olympic games in Rio 2016) has also trained here. I have got 2,5 hours trainings with a Club coach for 5 days a week. I like to train hard and compete with my teammates who are the best swimmers in North West of Russia and many of them have became All Russia junior champions. I am a team leader now and I want to go further.My goal now is to improve significantly my results. I know I can because my coach believes in me and supports my efforts. I hope my hard training will get me closer to my dream to compete with the best athlets. I want to become a member of the American University team for several reasons. There is a new awesome experience in the USA. There is a possibility to keep swimmimg on high level and leaning. I hope that my conditions is now fit enough to match both mine and team goals.
