Hello! My name is Ian Steffen, I've been swimming competitively for about 8.5 years now. I have many goals for swimming, my main goal is that I want to improve in as many areas in swimming as I can I always want to be better. My biggest goal for swimming is I want to one day swim in the Olympics. I'm very dedicated to swimming, I love being the first to the pool and the last to leave. I'm a big team player, I love seeing my teammates and friends reach their goals. I don't just have goals for myself but for my teammates as well. I want to help them in their goals in any way I can, especially through competition. Something that I think sets me aside from other athletes is my stride to improve. My stride to improve pushes me to work as hard as I can so I will reach my goals.
