I am a Senior at Princeton High School in Princeton, NJ, where I swim on the high school Varsity swim team. I am also a competitive swimmer at the XCel Swimming club in Princeton, NJ.
I love music and art, and I’ve been a drummer for Princeton Charter School and Princeton High School Jazz Bands for the last six years. I enjoy the US and World History classes and also learning STEM subjects, especially Physics and Mathematics. As a striver of betterment, I am a member of the USA Swimming Scholastic All-American 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 Team, which consists of about 1,200 high school swimmers nationally, based on a combination of outstanding academic and athletic performance.
Being a competitive swimmer taught me a great deal about teamwork, time management, communication skills, work ethics, and perseverance. My athletic career has led me to showcase my leadership capabilities in a variety of ways, such as leading multiple official USA Swimming conferences or organizing and leading both my club and high school teams outside and inside the pool. I especially cherish my personal and leadership contributions to the PHS Swim Team that allowed it to achieve excellent results for the last several years.
