Zack May '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Zack May and I am a swimmer from North Dakota. I have been lifting and working hard on strength and power this last year to be better in the pool and to get better times. I am involved with the community as well,  earning the rank of Eagle Scout in Feb. 2020 as a member of Troop 274 of Horace ND.  As a Scout, I attended the National Youth Leadership Training, and was invited back to be on the staff the following year. Being in scouting has helped me learn to be a leader and a great team member as well, these skills help me bond with my team. In my community  I am involved in food drives, and pancake feeds as an example. This year I am focusing on strength and power training and eating right to improve physically and mentally, with the goal of making sectional time cuts. I'm excited to see my new PR's.
