I am looking for a college that will challenge me both academically and athletically. I am a very hard working person who is interested in bettering myself. I have been a leader my whole life and plan to take my leadership skills to the next level in college on a team and in school. I may be a very niche swimmer but I am putting effort in to expanding my skill set to become even more valuable to my team in high school and in college.
When I decide I am going to do something, I do it. I did not swim my freshman year because I was scared and nervous, but then the next year I put myself out there my sophomore year and I actually became a great breaststroker. Since then, I decided to pursue our schools record and a spot in the Ohio State Finals meet by the end of senior year. I have already made it on to a record-breaking medley relay, and I do not plan to stop working so hard senior year or in college. I bring a positive attitude and a strong will wherever I go.
