Hi i'm sam. I'm six foot three (or close to) 160 pounds. this year as a junior i competed on my medely relay at the Ohio state championship meet and placed 20th moving up 3 spots (time was 1:39.6). I have been swimming for most of my life and it has truely become a driving force in every aspect of my life. My goal is to at some point in my swimming career compete at an NCAA championship meet at any division level. Breaststroke is my strongest event in particular the one hundread breast which is the event i focus on most in training.
