Personal Statement

I am a hardworking student-athlete. I work hard to achieve good grades and am a member of our school's National Honor Society. I look forward to practicing daily. I feel I come into each practice with a positive attitude and do my best to challenge myself in the water daily. I appreciate feedback from coaches so that I know what to work on to perform better. I analyze my stroke and research ways to be a better athlete. My goals for my last year of high school is to improve my turns and starts, ultimately resulting in a faster 100 Freestyle time. I would also like to explore my abilities in the 50 Freestyle this year. Lastly, I would like to add lifting to my swim training.
