Kasey Stanton '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Kasey Stanton, I am a Senior at Connellsville Area High School. I am currently a Pentathlete, and a member of the JROTC Raiders teams. I have a passion for swim, soccer, and Raiders. My academic goals in high school are to maintain above 3.5GPA and continue to strive to be a good leader and role model in all I do.

 I have only been swimming on a competitive swim team since my freshmen year.  Some of my swimming goals is to break the school record for the 50 free and make WPIAL. I am excited to say that I qualified for WPIAL my Jr year in the 50 Free and the 100 Free, I also qualified in the 50 free this year in the first meet of the season. For my senior year I set a new goal to qualify for states and drop my 50 free time to a 20. 

I am currently taking CP and AP classes and have maintained a 3.65 GPA. Some of my high school accomplishments are becoming a member of NHS. I have earned a varsity letter in all 5 sports that I participated in. I have also lettered in JORTC Raiders. Along with letting in soccer I was chosen for All County in 2022 and 2023.I have also been selected for all-section first team in 2023. I have been a member of Beadling and Riverhounds Cup soccer teams. In the community I am an active member of the Leo's club.

I'm planning to attend college for sports medicine and kinesiology and would love to be a member of the ROTC and swim team. I have been accepted to school that will help me achieve my academic and athletic goals. My commitment and dedication to my academics and sports will be an asset to my future.
