Personal Statement
I am a 5'9" diversified swimmer from Stroudsburg, PA. I have started on the Stroudsburg High School Varsity Swim Team for 2 years and earned 2 Varsity Letters as well as Most Coachable and Most Spirited Boy awards. I am also an Eagle Scout and I have a 3.35 GPA.
I am looking for an institution where i can find the right balance between the classroom and the pool. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding academic reputation in the field of secondary education for science or math. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate positive impact on the team. I believe my best fit would be at the DII level, although I will absolutely consider high academic DIII opportunities.
