My top swimming goal is to push myself to the pinnacle of my sport and have the opportunity to swim in college. Coaches have known me to be very disciplined and sometimes "robotic" with the way I go about completing any given task or assignment. I do not procrastinate about getting anything done, getting something done sooner is better than rushing through it and making a mess of it at the end. In the pool I strive to be the best I can, always seeking improvement and constantly striving to meet my goals then when I do, I immediately set new ones. I think and I feel that listening to what the coach has to say is always the best way to go about improving, constructive criticism is not a bad thing, it's a tool that I use to help me reach my goals. I approach academics the same way I approach swimming, with determination and focus, never fearing to ask how I can improve upon what I am currently doing.
