My name is Savas Zamvakellis and I am someone who likes to have fun and work hard in both school and sports. One major goal I have is to play tennis in college, either on the college team or on a club affiliate. I am a good candidate because I work hard, take instruction well, am a very fast learner, and have the utmost respect for my coaches and fellow players. I have also been playing basketball, baseball, soccer, and football since I was a small child and only stopped to focus on tennis a year before I entered high school. Though I have only been playing tennis for three years, I have been on my high school's varsity tennis team for a two years. I have improved greatly in the past year and played doubles 1 in the 2020-21 school season in which my team won first place in our league and hope to go far in CIFs. I play tournaments as often as I can when I am not practicing for school over the summer. I also take lessons every Friday to continue to improve.
