Erich Nuss '17 Recruiting Profile

My collegiate goals and aspirations are to find a college or university that offers a blend of academic, geographic and tennis opportunities that meet my interests.  I am a solid candidate for the team because I am very coachable, I have extensive experience in both singles and doubles at the state and intermountain level. I am a great leader and team player. From an early age I learned to respect myself, my coaches, my opponents, my equipment and most importantly the game. 

I stand out from other recruits because I have a balance between academics, service to others and athletics.  I am a member of the National Honor Society and Academic All American. I carry multiple AP classes while playing 2  Varsity sports  (tennis, rugby). My position as scrum half has developed my stamina, footwork, mental toughness and leadership.  I am competitive athlete and I play my game with a level of passion that is evident on and off the court.  Tennis has provided me with a lot of opportunities and I look forward to playing at the next level.
