I think I would be a great addition to your team because I am a hard-working student on and off the court. I practice at my local tennis club, at school and with my personal coach almost every day. I also go to the gym to improve my strength and mobility on the court. I am a really competitive person who always looks to challenge and measure myself with the best of the best to see in what areas I can improve. I had the amazing experience of making it all the way to the FHSAA Double quarter-finals last year, in 2019. This experience was truly remarkable and made me achieve the goal I set for myself freshmen year of making it to states at one point in my high school tennis career.
I am attending Lemon Bay Highschool in Englewood, Florida. Since Freshmen year Lemon Bay has been awarded the A grade awards and the awards for being the best school in the area academically. This helps me motivate myself more for being able to attend such a great school and work harder every day to achieve my academic and athletic needs.
An experience that makes me stand out to some other recruits is that I moved to the United States from Germany in the summer of 2016. Not really knowing how to write or speak English properly I really pushed myself often times outside of my comfort zone to now being able to know English like a first language. High school was a completely new experience because the school systems are completely different in Germany. Now that it has been 3 years I am happy to say that I love living in the US.
Tennis is the sport I love and starting at the age of 6 there is no other sport that I would rather play! I love the team effort but also having to rely on yourself and no one else. I am always looking for ways to improve my game. I really want to play college tennis and dual Major in Business and a Science to go on into dentistry school to pursue my dream of becoming a dentist
