Personal Statement

My name is Waldo Bosch and I am currently on the look out for the perfect college fit. Since I turned 8, I discovered an extreme interest in the sport tennis. My motto in life is simple; Persistence can change failure into an extraordinary achievement. I am an outgoing person and always pumped with loads of energy. I am motivated beyond tomorrow to perform well in what I believe in. While I was in primary school, I had a big dream for myself to become a top South African player. Although that would sound impossible to some people, nothing will stop me from fulfilling my dream. This was the inspiration behind winning two tournaments U/11 in 2014; Gauteng North Spring and Curro Junior Open. I was honoured to receive a full sport scholarship from Zwartkop High School upon starting Grade 8. Maintaining a healthy balance between my academics, tennis and other interests are very important to me. I am a hardworking, driven person who will not give up in pursuing my passion.
