Personal Statement
My name is Kazibwe Trevor Solomon and I'm excited at the prospect of playing tennis at the collegiate level. My goal is to continue developing my skills and compete at the highest level while also pursuing a strong academic program that will prepare me for a successful career.
I believe I would be a great fit for your team due to my dedication, work ethic, and proven track record of performance. In high school, I was a 5-time National champion and a 2-time East African Champion between 2016 - 2022 and helped lead my team. I have consistently improved each year, making it to the National Davis Cup team in 2023 where I proudly represented my nation Uganda and demonstrating my commitment to constant improvement.
Beyond my athletic abilities, I also excel in the classroom, maintaining a 4.0 CGPA. I'm passionate about Business and plan to pursue that course of study in college.
Perhaps most importantly, I am a team-first player who puts the success of the squad ahead of individual accolades. I'm known for my positive attitude, leadership, sportsmanship and believe I would be a valuable asset to your program both on and off the court.
