I was born and live in Italy and have played tennis since the age of 9. I have always competed in tournaments in Northern Italy and my current ranking is 3.4 but I have gained enough points this year to be 3.2. Rankings are updated once a year in Italy. I currently play 3rd Category tournaments singles and doubles. When I'm not playing tennis I am training and have recently joined a Cross Fit team that meets 3 times a week. I find that this type of training is helping my strength, stamina and balance. My goal this year is to improve my serve and my doubles game. I want to study in the USA preferably on the east coast and although I am undecided on my choice of major I am drawn towards Business Admin and Modern Languages. I have a good ear for languages and can speak Italian, English and Spanish. I would love to continue to play tennis as I work towards my degree. I am looking for a team that trains seriously and is competitive and a coach that provides structured and varied training. I would be an asset to the team as I like to train hard and play to win.
