I am looking for the right fit for me to further my academic career which will land me a high paying job right out of college, while still being able to compete collegiately in tennis.
I am a person of deep faith, and believe strongly in pushing myself at everything I do. I am a competitor, and a good time manager. I have always maintained a very high academic standard, all the while contributing to my school in non-athletic activities, as well as being a multi-sport athlete.
Due to being a multi-sport athlete, where I have competed regularly in high school basketball (November-March) and Club Basketball (April-July), as well as high school tennis (March-May), I have not had the time to compete at USTA events to obtain a "ranking". In addition, due to Nebraska (Council Bluffs is a suburb of Omaha, Nebraska) having fall tennis, there are no Junior USTA Tournaments in my area during the fall. I still take regular lessons and play a lot of tennis, just not at sanctioned events. I understand that this may be a deterrent for some schools that require a "ranking", but I am intelligent, a competitor, and due to my multi-sport discipline, absolutely nothing rattles me.
