I am an international student from Taiwan. I really want to play college tennis and that's my goal. I am a dedicated tennis player, I have played tennis most of my life. I am positive that I have the ability to pursue my goal and I will do anything to achieve the goal of playing college tennis. I am also a good student and I have really good grades, so I want to go to a college that has a great education and also a good tennis team to fulfill my dreams of playing the sports I love. I grew up playing tennis and I believe that I am gifted in this sports and have a lot of success. At my 7th grade year, I kind of stopped playing tennis and focus on basketball and baseball, so I left tennis for two years. At my freshmen year I decided to pick up my racquet and be back on the court because I realized what is the most important thing- to play the sports I LOVE. I started practicing again, but it's really hard to prepare yourself mentally that you are going to spend a lot of time and effort to get back to the level where you were. Although it was harder than I thought, I overcame all the struggles and is now ready for any challenge that is ahead of me. It really takes a very dedicated heart and so many commitments to be back, and I am really proud of what I am able to achieve. That is part of my tennis journey and I believe there is going to be so much more amazing things to come.
