Personal Statement
My name is Alex Zhao, I am a senior in high school that is trying to play d1 or d2 college volleyball or tennis. I train everyday in order to stay fit and play the best i can for my sports. I play mostly singles but i can play some doubles too, i love meeting new teammates that i can work with and celebrate wins with. I am a very athletic student and can train in many different ways including running, plyometrics, and weightlifting, sometimes even calisthenics. I post some of my workouts on my Instagram (@alexz.training). I am also working very hard in school with a 3.27 GPA and a 26 on the ACT, i have taken may honors classes and even more AP classes. I hope i can play for a college and meet new teammates!

- Running 3-4 times a week for 4-10 miles. Wieghtlifting 4-5 times a week. Plyometrics 3-4 times a week, working on getting higher hops for volleyball. I first started to work out when i was in 8th grade.

Yes. i was in a lot of honors classes as a sophomore and junior, for example honors ELA and honors math classes.Are you in AP/IB classes?
Yes. I took AP US history, AP world history, and AP psych. I am now taking AP statistics, and AP environmental science. I will take more AP classes/class next semester.Registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center?
