I have been playing competitive tennis since I was 7 years old, competing in USTA Southern and National level events, and UTR and ITA events. I have also been on the Catholic High varsity tennis team since 8th grade and was recently awarded the Advocate Star of Stars for tennis, which honors high school athletes in the Baton Rouge metro area for their excellence in individual sports. I have a 3.8 GPA and a 29 ACT score.
I am looking for a college with not only a strong academic reputation, but also one which would allow me to make a positive impact on its tennis team. Personally, I believe that my best fit would be D1 or D2 level, although I would certainly consider D3 opportunities. I have a strong desire to attend college in the Southern US.
