My name is Camden Mazzoni and I am from East Dennis, Massachusetts. I am a biracial sophomore at Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School and will graduate in 2017. While tracking to graduate no. 1 in my class with a honors and AP course load, I spend the majority of my free time training for and playing tennis. I also play the alto saxophone and until just recently, played ice hockey. I am looking for a college that values scholar-athletes. Right now, I think I would like to become a doctor. So, ideally, I would like to attend a college that is highly competitive in both academics and tennis. I have numerous accomplishments in both areas:
Tennis:
Academically:
I am competitive in the classroom and on the tennis court. My teachers say I am a pleasure to have in their classrooms. My tennis coaches enjoy working with me because I seem to grasp new concepts well and am not afraid to incorporate something new into my game strategy. I have a very calm and focused demeanor. I am at my best when I am busy. I realize the focus of college will be my area of study, but I love tennis and want nothing more than to play at the highest level possible.
