Jordan Girisgen '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Jordan Girisgen.  I am a senior at Bishop Gorman High School in Las Vegas, Nevada.   I currently have a 3.0 GPA and have played Varsity Tennis all 4 years of my high school term.  

My love for tennis began 6 years ago.  It provided me the foundation to focus on being the best version of myself.  Coach Kevin, who has been my coach for the past few years, has been a great influence and mentor not only developing my tennis game, but shaping the person I am today.  Additionally, over the years, I have trained with Kevin Blomquist who is a 4th year player at Loras University.  He instilled in me a strong work ethic that has carried throughout everything I do.  

Beyond high school, while I am still undetermined with my major, a business degree with computer science minor is a direction that has interested me.  Playing university level tennis is my goal to not only achieve but excel in. 

My strong work ethic, desire to succeed on the tennis court and in the classroom are qualities that makes me a good candidate for your program.
