Bryan Frank '11 Recruiting Profile

Sports has always been part of my life. For many years I was always the smallest on the team, as they say I was a late bloomer in regard to my height, but I never let this stop me. I always go on the field and give it my all. As of today, I am 5ft 5 1/2 in tall and still growing. I began playing tennis 4 years ago. On the my 8th grade tennis team, my first year playing, I played first singles and first doubles. In 9th grade I was on my high school JV team and played first singles. Tenth grade I was moved up to Varsity and played 3rd singles. In my Junior year again I was on Varsity and played 2nd singles. I was captain on the Varsity team my Junior year. I have been playing soccer since I was 4, both on club and school teams. I played on JV soccer in 10th and 11th grade (Varsity team was made up of all seniors, no 11th graders were placed on Varsity during my 11th year.) This year I am on the Varsity Soccer team. I have increase by running speed of 2 miles to be under 12 minutes. To be considered for the Varsity soccer team your speed must be under 12 minutes 30 seconds. I am interested in a divison II or III school. If possible I would like to play both soccer and tennis. Playing sports has been part of my life since I was 4, so I have a strong desired to play while I am in College. Academics are highly important to me. I have maintained well over 95 in all of my classes. My junior year my GPA was 97.89. At this time I am not sure of my desired major, but considering business.
