When I was 14 my mom decided it would be a good idea to take me to tennis classes at the local country club. I ended up going there for a whole year. Tennis, however, is not my main sport but I had to select it as my main sport (water skiing) was not an option.
Water skiing runs in my family. My great Grandfather was one of the responsible individuals for bringing the sport over to my home city of Santa Marta, Colombia. In turn, he taught my grandfather who then taught my father who then taught me ever since I was around four years old. Unfortunately, this sport is not available as an option in the NCSA main sport selector. If it was an option, however, I would choose it without a doubt as I have extensive experience with it and would love to compete if given the chance. I am proficient in both regular skiing (two skis) and slalom (one ski).
