In preparing to go to college I have explored the different degrees and options available. Although I am undecided, my search has focused in on communications and business because I hope to own my own business some day.
In evaluating schools and opportunities, my number one focus has been evaluating colleges that will allow me to continue my passion for tennis. I made a personal commitment to tennis my freshman year, making a choice over baseball and lacrosse. I have found a love and passion for tennis that is changed my life and I could play every day, it is where I am happiest. I believe tennis, golf, and skiing are what I call "Life" sports that I can play for the rest of my life. Out of all these sports my love and passion is for tennis. I have played all four years of high school, summer, fall, and indoor off season. I have attended many sport camps, IMG Tennis Academy and I strive to constantly improve me game.
I believe that my commitment to tennis is on many levels including working hard, strategy, character and game development. I am looking for a school that I can get a great education, continue to play tennis, and be a part of a team that needs me. The spirit of team and team members is also very important to me as a person and being part of a larger purpose and group.
All my best,
Quentin Nigbur
