I’ve learned the values of teamwork, commitment, sacrifice, and leadership during my 3 years of playing Varsity Tennis at Radnor High School (RHS), playing USTA tournaments in 2022, and training year-round at High-Performance Tennis Academy (HPTA) in Bala Cynwyd and Haverford, PA.
Earning PA Central League All-Star recognition in 2021 after my first season as a Doubles 1 Varsity Tennis player was a thrill. However, I feel I grew the most as a student-athlete in 2022 because our team didn't make the state tournament. My Doubles partner and I, however, did make the District-wide Tournament in May 2022. That experience helped me grow as a person and lead me to re-focus my efforts on becoming a player capable of playing either Singles or Doubles.
I'm looking for a program that will be a good fit for me athletically as well as academically. I believe I not only have the talent to compete for a college team, but the character, work-ethic, and leadership skills to make an immediate impact on your program. As a National Honor Society (NHS) member and captain of my tennis team (2022-2023), I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on your tennis team.
I intend to study computer science, mathematics, economics, finance, applied statistics, and other quantitative subjects. My goal is to find a medium-sized university with a strong business school that offers computer science, advanced graphics, machine learning, cybersecurity & robotics.
