My name is Will Blackmarr and I am a Christian. I have been playing tennis since the end of my eighth grade year. Since the end of that year, I have practiced on average twenty one hours a week. When I first joined my high school tennis team, I briefly earned the number five spot on the varsity team; however, I was soon defeated and placed at the seventh spot. During my sophomore year on the team, I was the number three spot for the whole year. During my junior year, I moved to the second place spot on the varsity team. This year, my senior year, I have become the team captian of the varsity squad. Ever since I started playing, I have always aspired to play college tennis somewhere, and I have dreamed of one daying playing professional tennis on the ATP World Tour. As of right now, my current goals for college are to major in law and become a lawyer, leave college with little to no debt, and enjoy the college experience to its fullest. After I leave college permanently, my goal would then be to become a politician and represent my amazing nation. However, even if all of these dreams do come true, I intend to keep tennis as a part of my life.
