Kylan Cheney '23 Recruiting Profile

I believe in hard work being the key to success on and off the court. I expect myself to live up to that philosophy in everything I do. I strive to be a great teammate, a coachable athlete, and to lead by example.  Maintaining Academic excellence, engaging in community service, and training hard are my way of life. On court, I strive to be a dynamic player utilizing my speed to chase down every ball, my creativity to outplay my opponent, and my strong fundamentals to keep me in every game. An interesting thing about my game is that I serve lefty but play righty. In college, I plan to pursue a business degree and to use my talents as a hard worker, creative thinker, and team player to start my own business one day.
