The goals that I have in mind for college are to pursue my major so that I have the best chance to get a job, along with learning important life lessons, and learning how to take care of myself. What makes me a good candidate for a team is that I am always trying to improve my skills, myself in general, and lift my teammates up in practices and matches. What makes me different in character is I'm always listening and doing what is being told and I serve my team before me. For athletics and academics I am always putting my maximum effort to do my best and playing for others.
I have played Tennis a lot through my early childhood, back then I never took the sport seriously, just played for fun. Freshman year I had the chance to play high school tennis but never turned out because I just wasn't into it. Next year came around, I tried out and made varsity, it was then in the middle of the season where I completely changed how I looked and felt about Tennis. From just playing for fun; I started to take the sport really seriously, I started putting everything I had into practices and matches. It was then where I realized how much I loved playing Tennis and want to play it for as long as I live. Tennis has taught me one thing and that is if you want to be successful in something; it's going to take dedication, hard work, time, and passion. You get what you give.
