Alexander Boupharath '20 Recruiting Profile

I've played for Kent wood tennis Varsity team for three years. I've been responsible, understanding and hard worker when it comes to training. I've grown tremendously throughout years of playing tennis. I have developed and bonded well with the peers and the coaches. I'm a type of person who deeply cares what it means to be an athlete. To basically show any one they can be competitive as long they work hard for it. I've been awarded for example, Most Inspirational Tennis Player 2018. I've been awarded and recommended as for example, tennis player of the year in district for total of 2 years. I've also competed at state level for my high school. I placed 8th in singles freshman year, 2^nd in doubles sophomore year, and 3^rd in singles in my junior year. Coaches around my area and even during in state, voted for me as Single and Doubles player of the year in my sophomore and junior year. I've also done swimming for about 1 year in my junior season.

I am interested in Computer Science. These are computer courses that I took in my high school: Intro-Java, Video game programming, Computer apps, and digital design throughout my 4 years. In addition, I am in the weight training to improve my endurance and strength. I took 2 different languages such as Chinese and American sign language.
