It has been an aspiration of mine to play tennis at the collegiate level and at the same time to pursue a degree in sports management. What separates me from other candidates is my relentless drive for success and my passion for tennis. I am goal oriented and I seek opportunities that challenge me as an athlete. Every time on court I try to bring focus and intensity for continuous improvement in my game. I feel fortunate to have been coached by one of the best coaching staffs in the Midwest and have received feedback from them that I am very coachable and a very hard worker. My strengths on court are my ground strokes, serve, net game, foot work, and stamina. I lettered in tennis my sophomore and junior year and was awarded most valuable player award my junior year. Off court I am very active in my church. I volunteer, I participate in annual mission trips, and have been an active server at mass for over eight years. I work part time at the country club at which I am member. My duties are teaching youth tennis, court maintenance, and helping out wherever needed. I am on a collegiate path with my course work. With college in mind I have realized the emphasis and importance of school. I have been actively working with a tutor to improve my academic standings.
