My goals in college revolve around becoming a collegiate runner, I want to become a member of the Track and Cross Country team of whatever college I choose to attend, then and only then will my aspiration to become an amazing runner will grow. I believe that I would be a good candidate for any team because I have that nature of always trying hard and giving it my all. Every day when I go to Cross Country practice I get there an hour early to get some mileage in and good warm before practice, that is how bad I want to run. Dedication is the one word that I believe would describe me best when talking about running, and I believe that my teammates would agree as well, I never miss a day of practice and I am always the first one to show up and last one to leave during practice. The thing that makes me different from other recruits is that I am a quiet and shy person who gets good grades when I am in the classroom, but when I put on my running shoes I become a completely different person in the sense that I have no fear of anything. When compared to other runners I am described as dedicated, hardworking, determined, strong willed, intelligent, competitive, respectful, and passionate. So many things are in my arsenal of characteristics but people only get to see very little of my character in the classroom, people get to see the real me when I run and train because running is my true passion, something that I want to continue to do until the day I die.
